Snacks are the other hard part of hosting, and the hard part is not the money — it is the logistics. Shopping, preferences, stocking, keeping track, and handling cash all night. We absorb all of it and bring a snack bar to your event.
We set up a snack table at venues and partner events. Your guests order and pay from their own phone by scanning a code on the table, so there is no line, no float, and nobody standing behind a cash box all evening.
What we take on

- Working out what people actually eat, and labelling it
- Setting up and running the table
- Taking payment — card, on the guest's own phone
- Keeping track of what sold and what to buy next time
- Clearing the table down at the end
The Snack Shop travels as an add-on: it runs at Rav's Den, RPM and HEAT, among others. Each venue gets its own code, so orders are tagged to the room they were sold in while the supplies budget stays in one place.
No phone, or a phone having a bad night? A volunteer can always take the order directly. Nobody gets turned away from a snack table.
