Our approach:
- All participation is consent-based — nobody is forced into any process
- Restorative pathways (repair, accountability, community reintegration)
- Transformative pathways (for systemic or pattern-based harm)
- Structured facilitation by trained, neutral TLC CB staff
- Documentation and outcome reporting for participating parties
This is not a disciplinary body. We do not have enforcement power. We offer structure, facilitation, and frameworks for communities to resolve harm with dignity.
